Collect equipment from our location with valid ID. We'll demonstrate how to use it and provide all accessories.

Return & Refund

Return equipment on time in good condition. Security deposit refunded within 3-5 business days.

You'll need a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License, or Passport) and proof of address. For high-value equipment, we may also request a secondary ID.
Yes! Contact us at least 2 hours before your rental ends. Extensions are subject to availability and charged at prorated rates.
If equipment fails due to our fault (not user error), we'll replace it immediately with equivalent or better gear at no extra cost. If no replacement is available, you'll receive a full refund.
Yes, within Bangalore city limits for ₹500-₹1,500 depending on distance. Delivery must be arranged 48 hours in advance.
Basic insurance is included. For complete peace of mind, purchase our optional damage waiver (10% of rental cost) which covers accidental damage (excludes theft and loss).
